Whisk together the egg, milk, and honey
Add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until combined
Mix in the melted butter
Chill the batter in the fridge for 1 hour
Brush the madeleine pan with butter and also chill this in the fridge for an hour
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe out into the madeleine pan
Bake at 180C/356F for 11 minutes
Allow madeleines to cool before decorating with chocolate
